GENERAL

The use of the works for editing, selling, or claiming the commission or my work as your own work is prohibited. Using the artwork as NFTs and AI/machine learning is prohibited.

WORKFLOW

Commission will be worked after the sketch is accepted from both parties and the payments have delivered half or full of the price. (Less than 100$ total price will be paid full first)

I'll reply the messages within 48 hours, longer than that you may inform me again.

REVISION

Max revision is 3, more than 3 will be added extra charge fee (price will be discussed)

Full revision is not accepted, such as change in art style, full pose revision, any revision that led to full redrawing the illustration

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

Sketch will be delivered a week after the jobs is accepted

Delivery will be done in a week or a month, Any delays will be informed further

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Artist: Has the rights to retain all copyrights to the work, to use it for personal purpose, and upload it in social media and as portfolios for samples and self promotion.

Clients: For personal use, clients has the rights to use the commission works including for printing, as long as not for sale or profit, and upload it in social media with proper credits. For commercial use, clients have the rights to sell it as merchandise or any digital marketing sales, and not allow or delay the artist to share the works in any media as per agreement.

REFUNDS

You can ask the refunds when it's still in sketch stage, but you can't ask the refunds in finishing stage (coloring and rendering)

PAYMENTS

I accept payments with Paypal (USD), and BNI or Mandiri for IDR.

For Paypal i'll send the Invoice first.

• Headshot/Bust-up: 60$ (Rp.600rb)

• Halfbody/Kneeshot: 120$ (Rp.1,2jt)

• Fullbody: 200$ 180$ (Rp.1,8jt)

ADDS ON

• Plus Character: 30$ (Rp.300rb)

• Armor or Mecha details: 30$ (Rp.300rb)

• Adds on BG (Sky, Properties): 20$ (Rp.200rb)

• Simple BG can be added for free (Simple Design, Font, Effect)

CANVAS DETAILS

• from 2000 to 7000 px

• 300 to 600dpi

• JPG/PNG files

• PSD files (for Commercial use)

COMMERCIAL PRICE_

For Commercial use it will be Total Price x 1.5

ex: Halfbody + Adds on BG ( 120$+20$ = 140$ x 1.5 = 210$ )t

FULL ILLUSTRATION WITH DETAILED BG

• BG with Environment detail (such as Building, Instruments, Decorations, etc)

• Face Expression is available if it's requested

• I will deliver a 2-3 rough concept for the sketch

• Base price: 400$ (Rp.4jt)

ADDS ON

• Weapon details plus 50$ (Rp.500rb)

• Armor and Mecha details 50$ (Rp.500rb)

• Extra Outfit Variation 50-100$ (Rp.500rb-Rp.1jt)

• Both adds on is with details function, etc.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• The price for Character Design commission is already included for Commercial use

• To keeps the works Confidential will adds price (will be discussed beforehand)

LIVE 2D ILLUSTRATION ADDS ON

• This commission is only an adds on for Illustration commission, and i am not animating it.

• I am only providing a model for Live 2D Illustration that's i have been commissioned.

• Will be delivered in PSD file with separated parts of layer

• Base price: 50$ (Rp.500rb)

• Price already included for Commercial use

ADDS ON

• Detailed Eyes to be separated plus: 20$ (Rp.200rb)

• Any detailed parts or extension that needs to be drawn again: 20-50$ (Rp.200rb-Rp.500rb)
